How much does Shipping cost, and when will my order arrive?

Shipping is automatically calculated on the last screen of checkout (before you submit your credit card information). 

  • For purchases shipping to the Lower-48 states, shipping is 12% of your shopping cart total, with a minimum charge of $13.95.
  • If shipping to the US Virgin Islands, or Alaska or Hawaii, shipping is 20% of the order total, with a minimum shipping charge of $16.95.
  • Shipping to Canada is 20% of the order, with a minimum shipping charge of $19.95.
  • For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and the Virgin Islands, please add 1-2 additional business days to the processing time.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and are typically in transit for approximately 5-7 business days.  An expedited 3-day shipping option is available to many locations, but please take into consideration the processing time before shipment leaves the warehouse. What is your Return Policy?

In the unlikely event of breakage in your shipment upon arrival, you must notify us within 3 days of arrival. Your shipment is insured, and we will ask for proof of breakage.

You may return any unused item if received within 30 days of the item's original shipping date. Once a return has been received and determined to be in good condition, you have the opportunity to choose from two methods of refund:

  • 1. Receive a refund to your credit card.
  • 2. Obtain credit toward future purchases on our website.
  • We regret that shipping costs to and from a customer will not be refunded, as these are real costs that cannot be taken back. Before returning an item, you must first contact us, and receive proper authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be denied.
